Volunteer with us

Volunteers don’t necessarily have the time – they have the heart!

The PTA welcomes all parent volunteers! There are dozens of opportunities throughout the school year. Complete the volunteer form
to be notified of volunteer opportunities at the school.

DANIEL ISLAND SCHOOL SPIRIT WEAR!

Spirit days are the first Fridays of the month. Students can wear any DIS gear or school colors.

Show your Daniel Island School Osprey pride! Show your school spirit and receive a prize, courtesy of the DIS PTA! Shop for your spirit wear at our school store and we will deliver it to your student’s homeroom.

STAFF APPRECIATION

Monthly Breakfasts: Our monthly staff breakfasts are a favorite. Each month a new class “hosts” by making any contribution toward a catered breakfast. The breakfasts will be held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month and sponsored by grade level parents. We ask families to contribute monetarily instead of donating food in order to limit contact. The PTA will use the monies collected to purchase a catered meal for staff to enjoy.
